How we handle your enquiry

When you send the HELLO form, we receive what you typed: your business details, what you'd like help with, and how to contact you. If you brought in a summary from one of the tools on this site, that summary is included too — you can see and remove it before sending.

We use this only to reply to your enquiry and prepare for a conversation. It's stored in a database on our own server, not in a public file, and isn't sold or shared for marketing. We don't add you to a mailing list.

The interactive tools on this site — the task finder, the improvement library and the business checkup — run in your browser. Nothing you enter there is sent to us unless you choose to include it in an enquiry. While you're filling in the form, your answers are kept in this browser tab (session storage) so you can look around without losing them; they're cleared when you send them, clear them, or close the tab.

This site doesn't use advertising or analytics cookies.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you sent at any time by replying to our response.
